Big Pi Ventures, Inc. ("BigPi") respects your privacy and knows that you care about how we use and share your information. This Privacy Policy describes our practices with respect to BigPi website (www.bigpi.ai), software solutions and other products and services (collectively, our "Services"). By using the Services, you are accepting and consenting to the terms of this Privacy Notice. The Privacy Notice only applies to information we collect about you. Any data you provide in the use of our software as an authorized user of one of our business customers will be governed by the confidentiality provisions of our agreement(s) with your employer or firm.

Information We Collect About You

When you use or access the Services individually or as an authorized user of one of our business customers, we may collect personal information directly from you, such as the following:

User Information

  • Business and contact information such as your name, email address, or phone number, your job title and the name of your employer or organization.
  • Authentication and account information, including your username and password.

Usage Information

  • Services Metadata such as data about the features, surveys, and links in the Services that you interact with, log-in information, and time spent using the Services. We collect this information in order to understand how our users utilize the Service and to improve our Services in the future.
  • Device Information such as your browser, type of computer, operating systems, internet service providers, the domain name of the websites from which you linked to our Services, and your IP address. We collect this information in order to understand how our users utilize the Service and to improve our Services in the future. We may also use this information for system administration purposes, to report aggregated information and for security purposes to detect and to block security breaches and to provide you with a safe online environment.
  • Log Data such as your IP address, information about your access device such as mobile device or browser. BigPi collects device information for purposes of system administration, to report aggregate information, to understand how our users use the Services, and for security purposes.

Cookies, Beacons and similar technologies

Cookies are small bits of information that a website sends to your web browser that helps the site remember information about you and your preferences across multiple visits. The Services set required cookies, which are essential to enable the core functionalities of a website, such as security, accessibility, and content display.
